3. WhatsApp Communication Disclaimer
Salon Manager uses the WhatsApp Business API to send appointment confirmations, reminders, billing information, and marketing messages on behalf of salons using the Service. These messages are sent using the phone number and content configured by the respective salon.
Synetix Technologies is not responsible for the accuracy of the content sent by a salon through the Service, or for any delay, non-delivery, or failure of messages caused by WhatsApp, mobile network operators, or the recipient's device or settings. Message delivery is also subject to WhatsApp's own policies and may be affected by opt-outs, spam reporting, or number restrictions outside our control.
