You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Operate or represent a legitimate business.
• Provide accurate registration information.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure.
• Maintaining confidentiality.
• All activities performed under your account.

Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Salon Manager is offered through subscription plans. Subscriptions may be:

• Monthly
• Annual

Subscription fees are displayed on our pricing page.

If a free trial is offered:

• It is available only for eligible businesses.
• Trial duration may change.
• Features available during the trial may vary.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of services.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically agreed otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the software.
• Upload malicious content.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Share login credentials without permission.
• Reverse engineer or copy the software.

Salon Manager, including:

• Source Code
• Design
• Branding
• Logos
• Content

is owned by Synetix Technologies. You receive a license to use the software but do not own it.

All business data entered into Salon Manager remains the property of the respective salon. Synetix Technologies does not claim ownership of customer or business information.

We aim for high service availability. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Internet issues
• Cloud provider outages
• Security updates

We are not liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synetix Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer during the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in illegal activities.
• Abuse the platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access.

We may improve or update Salon Manager from time to time. Features, pricing, and plans may change with prior notice where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
